YOGA -POWER YOGA- PILATES
In many types of yoga, the session starts with the setting of an intention for the practice and ends with a guided meditation and relaxation or “savasana.” Goals are to clear the mind and surrender to the movement while you stretch the entire body with deep breathing (inhale/exhale).
In Pilates, there is constant attention to posture, alignment, and movement mechanics. The instructor encourages us to focus on each movement, staying present and intentional. The theme of controlling the body with the mind is ever-present.

It is an intense workout. There is no strength work in this workout but each exercise flows immediately into the next–no short recoveries. Cardio kickboxing
combines martial arts techniques with fast-paced cardio. This high-energy workout challenges anyone from the beginner to an athlete alike. You get a lot of core strength too and sometimes combined with a stepper to get more power.

An individual learns about fear of falling as controllable; set realistic goals to increase activity; change their environment to reduce fall risk factors. SENIOR FITNESS AND HEALTHY LIFE

Aqua fitness is a classic water aerobic exercise with low to moderate impact session typically lasts an hour. Each session includes a warm-up, cardio and strength-training exercises, and a cool down. Plenty of moves incorporating balance, strength, and power; workouts are done in the shallow end of the pool.
